Here’s the 3rd phase.  I’m trying to figure out if the juxtaposition of colors is good, and if an area is too light.  I’m also starting to look at texture.  The orange and yellow area may be too light or strong and maybe I need to tone it down.  I’m also considering what warm colors are needed down below.  One of the things I always pay attention to is that I want every area’s color to be different-even if somewhat similar.  You never want to use the exact same color in two different areas.  A lot of beginning artists will often make this mistake.  One of the most obvious examples is to use Thalo Blue or Thalo Green directly to fill in large swaths of areas.  It’s okay to do a bit of that, but you have to be careful.  I changed the green bush to the right of the left tree to make it smaller and different, part bush and part grass.  I worked the flowers in more, as well.
