Here's the finished painting.  I spent more time tweaking the colors.  A lot of time was spent just studying the painting, walking a ways back to critique from a distance.  I had this thought.  The closer I get to 'finishing' the painting, the more I seem to 'climb into the painting' (the scene).  I was trying to create a magical safe space to be in, where all is well.  Russ     StudioEng.com
